What is the dress code?
Welcome Party: Cocktail attire.
Wedding: Black tie. We recommend tuxedos or dark suits for gentlemen and floor-length gowns or formal evening dresses for ladies.
All event spaces are accessed via paved walkways or flooring, so there is no grass, gravel, or dirt to walk through. Feel free to wear the shoes you love.
Where are the events taking place?
All wedding weekend events will be held at Montage Healdsburg. Each venue is approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the others.
Golf cart transportation will be available for anyone who prefers not to walk.
Are the events indoors or outdoors?
The Welcome Party, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all take place outdoors. The After Party will be held indoors.
What should I expect for the weather?
Mid-September in Healdsburg is typically warm and sunny during the day, with temperatures in the upper 70s to mid-80s. Evenings cool off after sunset, and temperatures are often in the low 50s, so we recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket for later in the evening.
How should I get to the venue?
If you're staying at Montage Healdsburg, all events are within walking distance.
For guests staying elsewhere, we recommend using a rideshare service. Valet parking is also available at the resort.
Who is invited to the Welcome Party?
Everyone invited to the wedding is also invited to join us for the Welcome Party on Friday evening. We'll be serving cocktails and a casual dinner as we kick off the weekend together.
May I bring a guest?
To help us keep the celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation and RSVP card. We appreciate your understanding.
Are children invited?
While we adore your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration.
When should I RSVP?
Please submit your RSVP and meal selection by August 15, 2026.
How do I select my meal?

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony. Our photographers will be capturing not only the ceremony itself, but also the reactions and moments shared with our guests. Being fully present with us is the greatest gift you can give.
